- Sing a 2 Minute Song When Brushing – Two minutes is the ideal brushing time for both adults and kids. One way to ensure that you brush for a full two minutes is to sing a song! The ‘Happy Birthday’ song (when sung twice) is the perfect length and makes for great fun when it’s time to brush.
